This update was sent tonight:
Dear all Doctor just left and is really happy with kevins progress, the fact that heis talking is huge, many don't talk this soon after surgery. He said "I spent a lot of time moving his brain around and it is swollen and until the swelling goes down he is going to be cofused. We/he is going to see a speech pathologist tomorrow. He may get to eat soon. He told shanna he loved her. Things keep looking up.
